We serve breakfast from 7:30 am to 10 am, with lots of goodies ready to give you a sweet awakening in the morning: jams, including organic and sugar-free options, honey, Nutella, fragrant brioches, soft muffins, tarts, sponge cakes, puddings, biscuits, fresh fruit and fruit in syrup; fresh bread, savoury pies, cooked and raw ham, Speck, salami, mortadella, frankfurters, bacon, eggs, cheeses and salmon. Of course, we also have lots of options for those who are watching their figure even on holiday. Ours is a Gluten Free family hotel and we are part of the AIC (Italian Coeliac Association), so, as well as homemade gluten free bread, there are also crackers, melba toast, sponge cake, muesli, cornflakes, jams, Nutella and biscuits.

We are right on the seafront of Lignano Sabbiadoro, in a splendid beachfront position: we welcome you and your children to the Hotel Atlantic, for a family holiday filled with the colours of the Adriatic and some sweet, well-deserved relaxation. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden, with 3 heated swimming pools – one for adults, one for children and a hydromassage pool – from which you can admire the sea. Just think, we also organise swimming lessons for the littler children! Would you rather relax on the private beach? Just cross the promenade, sink your feet into the sand and relax on the sun lounger, while the children run around safely having fun with the entertainers.
If you love to enrich your holidays with water sports, golf or cycling tourism, we’ll take good care of your children while you enjoy a carefree day of leisure. The Mini Club for children aged from 3 to 12 years, is filled with fun, creativity and joy, thanks to the recreational activities organised throughout the day. Otherwise, we can provide strollers, bicycles for the little ones and bikes with child seats of various sizes, allowing families to share visits and walks and do some exploring together.
We know that a lot of effort goes into travelling with children, but here at Hotel Atlantic you don’t have to worry about a thing: baby kit in your room and in the dining room, baby food and fresh broths both at lunch and dinner, genuine menus, snacks and even special services like nappies for swimming, little helmets for bikes, laundry for children’s clothes and the possibility of contacting a trusted paediatrician. Mum and dad, go and relax on the beach or in the pool, because the little ones are super busy having fun at the Hotel Atlantic, a cheerfully serious commitment from morning to evening! Children aged 3 to 12 years have a regular date with the Mini Club activities on the beach, swimming pool, garden and in the colourful indoor games room. There is even a football field and ping-pong table here, for exciting tournaments with the family or with new holiday friends. There’s a nursery for babies, so mothers can breastfeed in peace and take the opportunity to socialise. |
Mini Club
Children, make a note of these entertainment dates in your fun diary: morning at the beach; back to the hotel before a nap; afternoon in the garden and swimming pool; dancing after dinner before bedtime! More than 7 fantastic hours of activities every day for children aged 3 to 12 years, divided by age group.
From 10 am to noon activities start on the beach, in the exclusive Mini Club area. From 1 pm to 2 pm, after lunch, we meet in the hotel games room to decorate, create, draw and challenge each other in board games. After a nap, from 4.30 pm to 6:30 pm, everyone in the pool for water games and a different snack every day: Nutella Party, ice cream, fruit salad and plenty of other tasty treats. Last activity in the evening, before bedtime, full speed ahead for face painting and Baby Dance, from 8 pm to 9:30 pm. Incidentally, once a week there is an incredible Pizza Party… but keep it a secret, because the mouth-watering fun is only for children!

Continue reading! The buffet lunch has long opening hours from 12:30 pm to 2 pm; there is also a snack menu available on the terrace until 3 pm, because it’s great to take all the time you need to enjoy relaxing when on holiday. Dinner, from 7:30 pm to 9 pm, has an à la carte menu conveniently served to pamper you and allow you to enjoy the traditional dishes in comfort, accompanied by locally-grown vegetables. Obviously, there are also Gluten Free dishes, for people with food intolerances or allergies. We have everything required to make baby food, already available from 12.15 pm to 7.15 pm: vegetable broths, vegetable purées, rice pudding, corn, tapioca, small pasta, blended fresh meat and fish; baby food, fruit, yoghurt and smoothies for the afternoon snack. For older children, we always cook simple dishes like pasta with tomato sauce, fish, hamburgers, small steaks and cutlets an plenty of tasty foods to whet your appetite. As well as the Pizza Party and cocktails for all the family by the pool, children can eat with the entertainers at the Mini Club twice a week. Close |
